I thought I would share with you the plans for our new roof....drawn up by my amazing brother! Thanks!
Here are some pics from our recent work day too....thanks so much to my Hubby, Dad, Brother, Sister, Matt, Chuck, John, Brian, Jason, and Jonathan for helping us start our wall and fence! And to my Mom for helping with the kiddos :)
and of course I have to throw in one of the kids playing...awww!
It seems that you're a family of great carpenters! Hehehe. Your house building turned into a very fun time bonding experience. It wasn't just product, it was also enriching! That's incredible!

The more, the merrier! Hehe. The number of people working on the new roof project can definitely help finish all the work quickly. It shows a lot in the photo too. How many days did it take before you guys before you finished it? By the way, your kids are adorable! :)

With so many hands that worked together to finish your roof, I bet you were able to get it done in no time. I also think you guys were happy while working on it. However, the work doesn’t stop there. You still have to check on your roof occasionally to make sure the outcome of your labor is strong enough to withstand any storm.

Yes, it was a lot of work, but nothing really beats the happiness you feel when you’re working with a team. You remind me of a quote from Henry Ford which says: “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” Hehe! By the way, how’s did this project go, and what type of roofing materials did you use? =)
